The reports

• Trial balance, for any dates, with or without the year-end transfer.
• Profit and loss, for dates or one month, compared with the year before, the period before, or nothing.
• Balance sheet at a date, with the same comparisons.
• Nominal ledger, filtered by dates, account, department and text, with a running balance.
• Day books, filtered by dates, type of entry, department and text.
• Transactions, filtered by dates, account, type, department and text.
• Balances by department, with a column per department.

Accounts from the books

"Prepare accounts from the books" on the same tab builds a draft set of year-end accounts from the ledger for a period of up to 18 months. See accounts from the books.
