Accountin covers the same ground as VT Transaction+ and the VT Accounts Suite: bookkeeping, Making Tax Digital for VAT and income tax, and year-end accounts filed with Companies House. It runs in a web browser, and your clients come across from VT with their trial balances, customers and suppliers.

What moves across

For each client, the trial balance at the last year end, with the customers and suppliers it owes or is owed by. VT Transaction+ exports a trial balance to CSV from its Edit menu, and a list of customer and supplier names and addresses to the clipboard.

We map your VT nominal accounts to the Accountin chart of accounts with you, once per client, and the mapping is kept for the next year.

What stays the same

The yearly price per user, unlimited clients, and year-end accounts under FRS 105 and FRS 102 Section 1A filed with Companies House.
