List your clients and their year ends
Note each client's year end, its VAT quarters and whether it falls within Making Tax Digital for Income Tax. The clients whose year end comes first move first.
Export each client's trial balance
At the last year end, with account codes and names, as CSV or Excel. VT Transaction+ exports one from its Edit menu.
Set the clients up in Accountin
Opening balances go in, open invoices come across, and last year's figures become the comparatives. For practices on the waiting list we do this for you.
Keep the old package for the history
Returns for periods before the move can still be finished in it.
