Who counts as a user?

Each person in your practice who logs in to do client work. Clients who log in to send you records or approve a return are free.

How is it billed?

Yearly in advance, by Direct Debit through GoCardless. Adding a user part-way through the year is charged for the months that are left.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Each practice gets 30 days free when Accountin opens to it, and nothing is charged before the 30 days are up.

What is Accountin Plus?

The practice management upgrade, sold only on top of Accountin, at £49 a month per practice, plus VAT, for any number of users and clients. It is coming soon: join the waiting list to hear when it opens. Practices that join the waiting list before Accountin opens get Accountin Plus free for their first year.

What does moving my clients across cost?

Setting up your clients from your old package's trial balances is included in the first year. For practices that join the waiting list before Accountin opens, we move the clients across from VT, BTCSoftware or Taxfiler for them.

What is the Accountin Operating System?

The third product, coming soon. Everything in Accountin and Accountin Plus, with AI workers that capture bills and receipts, and prepare bank reconciliations, VAT returns, year-end papers and client chasing, each piece waiting for your team to check and approve before it goes out. Accountin itself has no AI in it today. The price has not been set; join the waiting list to hear when it opens.
