Accountin is a product of Chivvy Ltd, company number 17040454, registered in England and Wales. Chivvy Ltd is the controller of the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you register your practice we collect your name, your practice's name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the software you use, the number of clients you look after and anything you write in the message box. If you give your email address when you download the free record sheet, we keep it with the client or business name you entered.

Why we use it

We use it to contact you about setting up Accountin for your practice, or to tell you when the record sheet's categories change. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a request you made. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Where it is held

Registrations are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and in Brevo, the email system we use. We keep them for as long as we are talking to you about Accountin, and delete them within two years of our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to our using it, by emailing andy@chivvy.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
