Filing a confirmation statement

Filing the statement

1. Open Company

   On the client, open the Company tab. "What is due" shows the confirmation statement date.

2. Fill it in

   Under "Confirmation statement (CS01)" enter the confirmation date, and new SIC codes or a new registered email address only if they have changed.

3. Confirm

   Tick the statement that all required information has been delivered and the company's intended future activities are lawful.

4. File

   Press "Send a test filing", then "File the confirmation statement".

Share capital and shareholders

Changes to share capital and shareholders are filed on Companies House WebFiling for now.

Filing with Companies House switches on once Companies House has issued Accountin its own filing credentials. Until then the filing buttons show a message saying live filing is not switched on yet.
