Filing a change
Open Company changes
On the Company tab choose the change from the "Company changes" list.
Fill it in
For an address, enter the building, street, town, county, postcode and country. For an appointment, enter the officer's name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence and their 11-character Companies House personal code.
Confirm consent
For a new director, tick "The officer has consented to act".
File
Press "Send a test filing", then "File with Companies House".
Personal codes
A new director needs a Companies House personal code from verifying their identity. See Companies House identity verification.
Filing with Companies House switches on once Companies House has issued Accountin its own filing credentials. Until then the filing buttons show a message saying live filing is not switched on yet.
