Downloading

1. Open Import and export

   Choose "Import and export" in the menu.

2. Download

   Press "Download everything", or choose a client and press "Download this client".

What is in the zip

• A CSV file and a JSON file for every table: clients, ledgers, VAT, payroll, deadlines, approvals and messages. Amounts are in pence.
• Each set of company accounts as an iXBRL file, with a members' copy and a filing copy for FRS 102 accounts, and sole trader and partnership accounts as web pages.
• Every file clients uploaded to the portal.
• Filing passwords and authentication codes are never included. Every download is written to the audit log.
